Mayfair over the years have acquired sites with and without planning, entered into joint ventures and option agreements. Our aim is to build and sell 100+ houses across 3-4 developments each year.  Schemes range from high end coastal developments in Cultra to first time buyer developments across NI. We are currently working on schemes in Moira, Belfast, Mallusk, Dromore, Cultra and are seeking more opportunities in 2021.
