Property Development

Mayfair Group is a progressive UK property development company with the homeowner at its focus. We have an established track record dating back 25 years with a focus on high end luxury developments, creating communities and family orientated developments.

Our approach to affordable family living within the UK is a cornerstone of our social housing projects.

To date we have developed projects with a combined GDV of £520m and provided over 2000 family homes.

Mayfair Social

Mayfair Social is the social housing arm of Mayfair Group. We work closely with local housing associations to provide efficient, affordable living throughout across Northern Ireland and Great Britain.

We are actively seeking new opportunities in this sector and eager to expand.

We are currently working on two new sites in East Belfast, Northern Ireland and looking at others in Scotland and England.

We use industry leading technologies throughout our process to ensure we meet these expectations

Our acquisitions experience and proven track-record gives us an advantage in identifying promising sites and seizing opportunities. This has provided us with a meaningful network of contacts and intelligence across the UK.

With a strong in-house funding base, we can move swiftly to secure large sites, either individually or with co-investors. We adopt a flexible approach to all acquisitions, from unconditional land purchases to bespoke joint venture agreements and are actively seeking significant development opportunities.
